I work(ed) as the director of the Centre for DLT at the University of Malta, and like to discuss the effort being done by a team of researchers who are investigating how decentralised systems can help provide higher levels of assurances so that we can enjoy a glass of wine without worrying we've been cheated or are in harms danger.
